Stream freely.

You're 30 seconds away from a world-class streaming platform that's open source, open data, and peer-to-peer — no fees, no censorship, no corporate algorithms. Welcome to the World's Last Streaming Platform.

Up and running in one line

The binary has the web UI baked in — no Node, no database to provision, no ffmpeg for the common path.

bash
$curl -fsSL https://fyre.quest/install.sh | sh

Then bonfire run --web and open http://localhost:3030. Also runs via docker run — see the README.

Audio & video

A polished library, search and Now Playing across your whole collection — on desktop and, as a PWA, your phone. No app store.

P2P by default

Nodes seed and stream to each other over encrypted QUIC. A token-metered economy keeps bandwidth fair — the more people, the more capacity.

Multi-user, one binary

Run one server for the whole household or community. Per-user libraries, quotas and app tokens. A Subsonic API for third-party apps.

Download for your machine

A native shell around the same node — sign in to your home server or run one locally.

On Linux? Run the one-line install above. No install at all? Just open the demo or add any node to your home screen as a PWA. All builds are on the releases page.
